      The prisoner/petitioner through his mother has preferred this

parole writ petition for sending the prisoner/petitioner to Open Air

Camp OR alternatively is seeking direction for decision of his

pending application.

      Counsel for the respondent-State while opposing the petition

has relied upon the judgment passed by Hon`ble Division Bench of

this Court in Bhag Singh @ Bhagirath Vs. State of Rajasthan

&    Ors.   (D.B.   Criminal       Writ      Petition           No.51/2022)     on

24.08.2022, which prohibits prisoners convicted with henious

offence under POCSO Act from sending them to Open Air Camp.

                                         In the present case, the convict/prisoner/petitioner was

                                   convicted for the offence under Section 376 IPC and POCSO Act

                                   with ten year's RI vide judgment dated 06.03.2019.

                                         The criminal writ petition, thus, is having no force and is

                                   hereby dismissed.
