The appellants/defendants have filed this appeal against the

judgment and decree dt. 4.2.2017 which was passed ex-parte

against them.

Admittedly, the appellants have a right to exhaust remedy

under Order 9 Rule 13 CPC against ex-parte judgment and decree

dt. 4.2.2017.

In view of the above, the present civil first appeal stands

disposed of.
