Notice be issued to the respondent on payment of P.F. within

one week, returnable within three weeks.

List this case after four weeks for further orders.

Meanwhile, taking into consideration the provisions contained

in Section 15 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, the effect,

operation and execution of impugned judgment and decree of

divorce shall remain in abeyance.

It is made clear that if P.F. is not paid as directed above, the

interim order shall lose its efficacy.
