Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the

decision to develop commercial area is contrary to the circular

dated 18.11.2021.

We do not find any Revenue map issued by the competent

authority describing the road in question as one classifiable under

Circular dated 18.11.2021.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for

and is granted a week's time to place on record the documentary

evidence in this regard.
