By the impugned order dated 07.06.2022 learned trial Judge

refused the prayer of the petitioner filed under Section 311 Cr.P.C.

to examine Gopal Lal Choudhary, father of the complainant. The

said order was affirmed by Revisional Court on 24.06.2022 vide

order passed in criminal revision No. 94/2022.

Both the orders are under challenged in this petition filed

under Section 482 Cr.P.C. After appearance of the sole respondent

in this matter on 16.08.2022 learned trial Judge has passed final

judgment in the case on 15.09.2022.

In the aforesaid circumstance, the petitioner would be at

liberty to raise the issue at the appellate stage, if any appeal is

preferred against the impugned judgment.

With the aforesaid observations, instant petition stands

disposed off as having become infructuous.
