The PIL Petition seeks to raise issues concerning non-

payment of minimum wages, exploitation of labours. The petition

prima-facie is very scanty. However, considering the nature of

issue raised in this petition, we direct the petitioner to implead the

Department of Labour, Government of Rajasthan as also

jurisdictional Labour Enforcement Officers as party respondents.

Let it be done within a weeks.

Matter be listed after one week.
