HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE INDERJEET SINGH

Order

23/09/2022

I have perused the record.

In pursuance to the advertisement dated 25.05.2018, the

petitioner applied for the post of Constable.

The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents be

directed to re-conduct the physical efficiency test and the chip and

the videography of the event be called for.

At the very outset, the same issue, as aforesaid, has already

been examined and decided by the Division Bench of this Court in

the matter of State of Rajasthan & Ors. Vs. Revant Ram

(2 of 2) [CW-5527/2019]

Meghwal & Ors, reported in 2020 (1) WLC (Raj.) 255 and

also by this Court in the matter Jugal Kishor Gurjar Vs. State

of Rajasthan & Ors. (S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.5853/2022)

along with other connected matters) decided on 16.08.2022.

On perusal of the issue raised by the petitioner as well as the

judgments cited above, in my view, the issue raised herein is

squarely covered by the aforesaid judgments, therefore, no case

is made out for interference by this Court under Article 226 of the

Constitution of India.

Hence, this writ petition stand dismissed.
