Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the issue involved

in this writ petition has been considered by the Coordinate bench

of this Court at Principal Seat, Jodhpur in the matter of Dr. Rakhi

Gupta & Ors. Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. (S.B. Civil Writ Petition

No.6711/2022) wherein on 11.05.2022, the following order was

passed:-

"It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners were engaged for 'Vidhya Sambal Yojna' as guest faculties, however, the respondents have relieved them. Submissions have been made that as the petitioners have been engaged by adopting a regular procedure, they could not have been relieved in the manner done by the respondents.

In view of the submissions made, issue notice. Issue notice of stay application also. In the meanwhile, the respondents shall not engage any one else in place of the petitioners in 'Vidhya Sambal Yojna'. Connect with SBCWP No.6694/2022."

In that view of the matter, issue notice to the respondents.

Counsel for the petitioner is directed to supply a copy of the

writ petition in the office of Dr. V.B. Sharma, AAG during the

course of the day.

Office is directed to show the name of Dr. V.B. Sharma, AAG

in the cause list.

In the meanwhile, the respondents shall not engage any one

else in place of the petitioner in 'Vidhya Sambal Yojna'.

List this matter alongwith S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.

7183/2022 on 12.10.2022.
