Appellants have filed this first appeal under Section 96 CPC

assailing the judgment and decree dated 29.08.2022 passed in

civil suit No.86/2011 (CIS No.97/2016) by District Judge Dholpur

whereby and whereunder the suit filed by plaintiff, for specific

performance, has been decreed.

Heard.

Admit.

Issue notice to respondents.

Record of the trial court be summoned.

In the meanwhile, the execution of impugned decree dated

29.08.2022 passed by District Judge, Dholpur, in Civil Suit

No.86/2011 shall remain stayed with further direction that both

parties shall maintain statues quo as to alienation and possession

of the suit property, as it exists today.
