Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that without

service of notice of the revision petition upon him, vide judgment

impugned dated 20.06.2022, 'patta' issued in his favour by the

Gram Panchayat, Gudhachandraji wayback on 27.03.1987 has

been cancelled in a revision petition preferred about 34 years

thereafter, without even condoning the inordinate delay.

Issue notice of the writ petition as well as of stay application.

Rule is made returnable by five weeks. Notices be filed in two

sets. One set of notices be sent through registered post with

acknowledgment due. Steps to be taken within a week.

Heard learned counsel on interim relief.

Taking into consideration the contention advanced by him

and the material on record, this Court deems it just and proper to

stay the operation and effect of the order dated 20.06.2022, till

further orders.
