Appellant-defendant has filed this first appeal under Section

96 of CPC assailing the judgment and decree dated 11.10.2019

passed in civil suit No.46/2012 (119/2008) by Additional District

Judge No.3, Beawar, Raj. whereby and whereunder the plaintiffs'

suit has been dismissed.

Heard.

Admit.

Issue notice to respondents.

It has been informed that respondents No.1 to 3 have also

preferred first appeal bearing appeal No.1188/2019 against the

impugned judgment and decree dated 11.10.2019, which is also

admitted and pending before this Court.

Let this appeal be tagged alongwith S.B. Civil First Appeal

No.1188/2019.
