After attempting to argue the matter on merits for quite

some time, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that

that he does not want to press this writ petition, however, seeks

liberty for the petitioner to file representation before the

concerned Authority/Jodhpur Development Authority.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as not pressed

with the liberty sought for.

If any representation is filed by the petitioner for redressal of

his grievances, it is expected that the concerned

Authority/Jodhpur Development Authority shall consider the same

and pass necessary order strictly in accordance with law

expeditiously, within a period of one week from the date of receipt

of the representation.
