Learned counsel for the State would submit that in identical

situation when direction was issued by learned Single Judge, on

appeal being taken to the Division Bench, interim orders have

been passed in view of earlier judgment in the case of Jitendra

Rathore and Anr. Vs. State of Rajasthan and Ors. (D.B.S.A.W. No.

682/2020) and the operation of the order passed by the writ Court

has been stayed. Considering the submission, notices be issued to

respondents on appeal as well as stay application.

In the meantime, effect and operation of the order dated

25.05.2022 passed by the learned Single Judge shall remain

stayed.

List along with D.B.S.A.W. No. 713/2022.
