The instant second appeal arises out of a civil suit for

possession filed by Rajasthan Board of Waqf (appellant-plaintiff)

way back on 02.01.1969 and the suit has been dismissed vide

judgment and decree dated 18.11.1997, which has been affirmed

in first appeal by the first appellate court vide judgment and

decree dated 23.07.2011.

Perusal of order-sheets goes to show that the second appeal

has not been pursued since 2011, however, counsel for appellant

seeks time on some personal difficulty.

Hence, as a last opportunity, list the matter again on

01.12.2022 in "supplementary list".
