Order
23/11/2022 This petition is for initiation of contempt proceedings against
the respondents for non-compliance of the order dated
04.03.2021 passed in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.2514/2021.
In the writ petition, the Court has passed the following
order:-
"In view thereof, this writ petition is disposed of in the light of the judgment passed by a Division Bench of this Court in case of Jagdish Prasad Meena (Supra). The petitioners submitted their complaint / representation with the concerned Authority i.e. Public Land Protection Cell Tonk within a period of seven days from today which shall be decided by the Public Land Protection Cell within a period of three months from the date of receipt of complaint / representation vide speaking order."
Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the
representation has already been decided. The alleged
encroachment has already been removed now, there is no
encroachment on the land over which encroachment was alleged
as per the report dated 02.08.2022 annexed with Additional Reply
along with the photographs of the place.

Considering the submissions aforesaid, no case for wilful
disobedience of the order of this Court is made out. Hence, this
contempt petition stands disposed of.
