Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner

had impounded document as per the order of trial court. After

that, respondent had filed an application for non-admissibility of

document on account of non-registration but trial court vide order

dated 06.08.2022 allowed the application filed by the respondent

under Section 151 CPC for non-admissibility of agreement.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has relied upon the

judgment of this Court in Harish Minocha Vs. Daulat Ram (S.B.

Civil Writ Petition No.12938/2015) decided on 21.03.2022.

Issue notice of the petitioner as well as stay application to

the respondents.

List on 19.12.2022.

Meanwhile, trial court is directed not to pass any final order.
