It appears from record that the Civil Suit No.159/1998 for

removal of encroachment and permanent injunction filed by

respondent-plaintiff has been decreed vide judgment and decree

dated 11.11.2008, which has been affirmed in first appeal

No.37/2008 vide judgment and decree dated 27.7.2016. There is

no interim stay order in the instant second appeal pending for

admission since 2016.

In the interest of justice, list this appeal again on 21.11.2022

in supplementary list.
