Learned Public Prosecutor accepts notice on behalf of

the respondent - State.

Issue notice to the respondent no.2 returnable within

four weeks.

In the meanwhile and till next date, the petitioner shall

not be arrested in connection with the FIR No. 522/2022

registered at Police Station Pratap Nagar, Jaipur City (East) for the

offences under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of

IPC. However, he shall join the investigation.

List the matter after four weeks.
