09/11/2022 Heard on the stay application.

The instant first appeal has been filed by appellant-plaintiff,

feeling aggrieved by dismissal of suit in respect of suit property

vide judgment dated 15.12.2020.

Vide order dated 18.3.2021, this Court has passed the

following ad interim stay order:

"In the meanwhile, both parties shall not create

any third party interest in the property in question."

The aforesaid stay order dated 18.3.2021 is made absolute

during course of first appeal.

Accordingly, stay application stand disposed of.
