The instant first appeal has been preferred by the appellant-

plaintiff, assailing the judgment and decree dated 23.12.2021,

whereby and whereunder his civil suit for pre-emption and

permanent injunction has been dismissed on merits.

Heard.

Admit.

Respondent No.1, who is purchaser of the suit property is the

contesting party and counsel has already put in appearance on his

behalf. Respondents No.2, 3 and 4 are vendors who have sold the

suit property to respondent No.1 and they have not appeared,

despite service. Hence, service stands complete.

Record has already been received.
