Heard learned counsel for the appellant. The following substantial question of law is involved in the present Civil Second Appeal:-

"(c). Whether the learned appellate Court has failed to consider that the plaintiff has not proved all the three issues framed by the learned Trial Court?

(d). Whether the learned appellate court has failed to consider that it is well proved on record that the disputed plot is part of the house Jailal, father of plaintiff and defendant"

(e)whether the sale-deed (Ex.4) is illegal and void and is not admissible in evidence as the same has been executed in respect of a land regarding which no four boundaries have been mentioned in the Patta (Ex.3)?

(F) Whether the document Ex.4 can be read in evidence as the same has not been registered?"

Admit.

Issue notice to respondents, returnable within six weeks.

Till then, effect and operation of the judgment and decree dated 28.07.2022 passed by Learned Additional District Judge
