Learned counsel for the parties are in agreement that the

controversy involved in the present writ petitions is squarely

covered by the judgment of this Court in S.B. Civil Writ Petition

No.6365/2022 Sushila Pathak Vs. Union of India & Ors.

However, the only point of difference which is pointed out by the

learned counsel for the parties is that the award in the present

cases has been passed in the year 2011 but the parties are in

agreement that the proposition of law and application of the same

in the present set of facts will remain the same.

In view of the above, the present writ petitions are disposed

of in the same terms as S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.6365/2022.
