Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similarly
placed petitioner Bhera Ram approached this Court by filing
SBCWP No.11359/2021, who was also engaged through
placement agency and which petition was decided on 26.08.2021.

Pursuant thereto, he is being paid the minimum of the wages
in terms of the judgment in the case of Anokh Bai v. State of
Rajasthan & Ors. : S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.372/2013.
In view of the above fact situation, following the judgment in
the case of Bhera Ram v. State of Rajasthan & Ors. : SBCWP
No.11359/2021, for which as noticed herein-before, learned
counsel has submitted that the case of the petitioner is identical to
that of Bhera Ram, the writ petition filed by the petitioner is
disposed of with similar directions as given in the case of Bhera
Ram (supra), which reads as under :-
"Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the controversy involved in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the judgment of this Court in bunch of writ petition led by S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.372/2013; Anokh Bai Vs. State of Raj. & Ors.
In view of the aforesaid, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file a representation within two weeks along with certified copy of the order instant and a copy of the judgment in the case of Anokh Bai (supra).
On receipt of representation along with the certified copy of the order instant, respondents shall decide the same within a period of eight weeks, in accordance with law including the law laid down in Anokh Bai's case.
It is made clear that aforesaid direction to decide the representation has been issued only with a view to ensure expeditious redressal of petitioner's grievance. The same may not be construed to be an order to decide the representation in a particular manner.
The stay application also stands disposed of accordingly."
