Heard.

On 11.03.2022, we had directed that copy of the petition be

supplied to learned counsel for respondent No.1 by 14.03.2022

and the case was directed to be listed on 22.03.2022.

Today when the matter comes up for hearing, learned

counsel appearing for the respondents is unable to satisfy the

Court regarding the evidence of issuance of notice on 31.03.2021

by any mode known to law.

In view of the above, we are inclined to stay further

proceedings pursuant to impugned notices.

Matter be listed after three weeks.

Reply, if so advised, may be filed by the respondents.
