1. Accused-applicant has preferred this fourth application for

suspension of sentence.

2. Heard on fourth application for suspension of sentence.

3. It appears that in the past, three applications for suspension

of sentence have been dismissed on merits. No fresh ground of

reconsideration is made out in the fourth application for

suspension of sentence except custody of the applicant since last

five years, hence, we are not inclined to allow the fourth

application for suspension of sentence.

4. Accordingly, present fourth application for suspension of

sentence is dismissed.

5. Let the Criminal Appeal be listed for hearing in due course.
