Admit. Issue notice to the respondents, returnable

within six weeks.

Meanwhile and till next date, effect and operation of the

impugned judgment and decree dated 28.5.2022 passed by the

learned Additional District Judge No.2, Udaipur in Case No.

52/2011 titled as Mangi Lal & Anr vs. Babu Lal & Anr, shall remain

stayed. Parties shall maintain status quo with regard to title and

possession of the property in dispute.
