controversy involved in the present case is similar to the case of

Sohan Lal Joshi Vs. State of Rajasthan :: S.B. Civil Writ Petition

No.4325/2022.

Issue notice, returnable on 20.07.2022. Issue notice of the

stay application also.

Let a copy of the writ petition be served upon Mr. Dinesh

Jain, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent-Department.

In the meanwhile, no order for allotment of licence for Fair

Price Shop in respect of location of Gram Panchayat Mallarkhera-

Tehsil Tibbi, Ward No.5- Tehsil Rawatsar, Ward No.10- Tehsil
