Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that against the
order dated 05.02.2020 passed by the Revenue Appellate
Authority, Barmer, the petitioner has approached the Board of
Revenue, Rajasthan, Ajmer by way of filing a revision petition and
the Board of Revenue vide order dated 09.05.2022 while
admitting the revision petition, rejected the stay application.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has relied upon the
Division Bench judgment of this Court in D.B. Civil Writ Petition
No.2077/1992 (Shri Sarwan Singh & Ors. Vs. Shri Bhajan Singh &
Ors.).

Matter requires consideration.
Issue notice, returnable on 20.07.2022.
Meanwhile and till the next date, status quo with respect to
