Issue notice to the respondents. Issue notice on stay

application as well.

Heard on stay application.

It is informed by learned counsel for the petitioner that the

Tehsildar Samdari, District Barmer, has directed the petitioner to

appear before him on 17.06.2022 to complete the proceedings

initiated against him as per the provisions of Rajasthan Land

Revenue Act, 1956.

The petitioner may appear before the Tehsildar Samdari on

the aforesaid date with all documents and material available with

him justifying his possession and legal title over the land in

dispute.

The Tehsildar Samdari while conducting the proceedings shall

also take into consideration the directions issued by the District

Collector in Review Appeal No. 15/2021 vide order dated

01.09.2021 for demarcation of land in dispute.

The Tehsildar Samdari, Barmer may conclude the

proceedings after following due process of law. However, he shall

not disturb the possession of the petitioner without leave of the

Court.
