Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has

been transferred by the Director, Medical and Health Services vide

orders dated 15.06.2022 & 17.06.2022 which are in violation of

Rule 8(i) of the Rajasthan Panchayati Raj (Transferred Activities)

Rules, 2011).

Counsel for the petitioner relied on the judgment passed by

the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court at Principal Seat, Jodhpur in

the matter of Kiran Kumari Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors.

(S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 14964/2019) decided on 15.01.2020.

In that view of the matter issue notice to the respondent(s),

returnable by four weeks.

'Dasti' service is permitted.

Meanwhile, operation of the orders dated 15.06.2022

(Annexure-3) & 17.06.2022 (Annexure-4) passed by the

respondent(s) qua the petitioner shall remain stayed.

However, the respondent(s) are at liberty to file application

for vacation/modification of this order after filing of the reply.

List along with S.B. Civil Writ Petition Nos. 9006/2022 &

9061/2022 on 01.08.2022.
