1. Petitioner has preferred this habeas corpus petition seeking

production of the corpus who happens to be his wife.

2. Corpus has been produced in the Court today by Mr. Fateh

Singh, ASI, P.S. Begun District Chittorgarh & Ms. Manju Devi, MFC

1236 Thana Begun, District Chittorgarh.

3. We have interacted with the corpus. Corpus has stated that

she has entered into a registered marriage with the petitioner and

she wishes to stay with the petitioner.

4. In view of the above fact that the corpus wishes to stay with

the petitioner, present habeas corpus petition is allowed.

5. The amount deposited by the petitioner be returned back to

the petitioner forthwith.
