Appellants-plaintiffs have filed this first appeal assailing the

judgment and decree dated 21.08.2020 passed by Additional

District Judge Khetari District Jhunjhunu in Civil Suit No.49/2013

(CIS No.597/2014) whereby and whereunder their civil suit for

cancellation of the gift deed dated 29.01.2007 made in favour of

the Government Girls Primary School Nanuwali Bawari, Panchayat

Samiti Khetari, District Jhunjhunu has been dismissed.

Admit.

Issue notice to respondents.

No case for grant of ex parte interim stay is made out.
