Both first appeals have been filed against the judgment and

decree dated 01.02.2018 passed by Additional District Judge No.2,

Behror, District Alwar whereby and whereunder plaintiffs' suit has

partially been decreed and the sale deed of defendant-Mukesh

Kumar dated 02.07.2013 has been cancelled in relation to Khasra

No.755, 811, 811/1017 but has been upheld in relation to 756,

757 and 676 situated at village Naghodi, Tehsil Neemrana, District

Alwar.

Heard.

Admit.

Issue notice to respondents.

Heard on the stay application also.

In the meanwhile and till further orders, the operation of

impugned judgment and decree dated 01.02.2018 shall remain

stayed with further direction that both parties shall maintain

status quo in relation to the property in question as it exists today.

Record of the trial court be also summoned.
