28/06/2022 Appellant-Jodhpur Vidhyut Vitran Nigam Ltd. has filed this

appeal against the judgment and award dated 01.10.2021 passed

by Additional District and Sessions Judge No.7, Jaipur

Metropolitan, 1st in Civil Suit No.91/2019 whereby and whereunder

for the child death, a compensation of Rs.2 lakhs have been

granted in favour of respondent-plaintiffs.

It has been informed that respondent-plaintiffs have also

preferred appeal No.47/2022 against the impugned judgment and

award, which has already been admitted for hearing.

Heard.

Admit.

Issue notice.

Respondent-claimants have put in appearance through

advocate Mr. Bhanu Prakash and his name may be shown in the

cause list as counsel for respondents.

In case, appellant deposits the compensation amount of Rs.2

lakhs with interest within a period of six weeks, the execution of

impugned award shall remain stayed. On deposition of such

amount, the same may be disbursed to respondent-claimants.

Record of the courts below be summoned after deposition

and disbursement of the compensation as mentioned in

hereinabove.

List alongwith S.B. Civil First Appeal No.47/2022 after six

weeks.
