Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that against

the judgment passed by the learned Single Judge the State has

filed a review petition in which the stay is operating, therefore, he

does not want to press this contempt petition, however, seeks

liberty for the petitioner to filed fresh contempt petition, if requires

so.

Accordingly, this contempt petition is dismissed as not

pressed with the liberty south for.
