judgment dated 29.11.2021 rendered by Division Bench of this

Court in bunch of special appeals led by D.B. Special Appeal (Writ)

No.610/2021 [State of Rajasthan & Ors. vs. Surendra Khokhar

(Kumar)] whereby the intra court appeals preferred by the State

(2 of 2) [SAW-668/2022]

Government were dismissed. Based on the said judgment,

numerous other intra court appeals have also been rejected.

Hence, without recording separate reasons, the instant

Special Appeal (Writ) is also dismissed.
