It is submitted by the counsel for the petitioner that the

petitioner was placed under suspension by order dated

29.03.2022 (Annex.5) and, so far the charge sheet has not been

issued to the petitioner, which action of the respondents is

contrary to the judgment in Arjun Kumar Choudhary vs. Union of

India & Ors. : (2015) 7 SCC 291.

In view of submissions made, issue notice. Issue notice of

stay petition as well. Notices are made returnable within three

weeks.

Notices when issued, be given 'Dasti' to the counsel for the

petitioner for service upon the respondents.
