Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that
since the eligibility certificate has been issued in favour of
the petitioner by the National Medical Commission, he
does not want to press this writ petition, however, seeks
liberty for the petitioner to move appropriate
representation before the authority concerned for
declaring his result.
Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as not
pressed with the liberty sought for.
If any such representation is filed by the petitioner, it
is expected that the authority concerned shall consider
(2 of 2) [CW-17146/2021]
and decide the same strictly in accordance with law
expeditiously.
The application (02/22) is disposed of accordingly.
