After attempting to argue the matter on merits for

quite some time, learned counsel for the petitioner has

submitted that he does not want to press this writ

petition, however, seeks liberty for the petitioner to file a

representation before the concerned respondent-bank for

ventilating his grievances.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as not

pressed with the liberty sought for.

If any such representation is filed by the petitioner

within a period of two weeks from today before the

concerned respondent-bank, it is expected that the

concerned respondent-bank shall consider the same

objectively strictly in accordance with law expeditiously.

Stay petition is also dismissed.
