     Learned counsel for the applicant has drawn the attention of

this Court on the following judgments:-
    1.   Petition for special leave to appeal (Crl.) No. 242 of
    2022 reported in 2022 SCC Online SC 47.
    2.   Dataram Singh V/s State of Uttar Pradesh & Anr.
    reported in (2018) 3 SCC 22.
    3.   P. Chidambaram V/s Directorate of Enforcement
    reported in (2020) 13 Supreme Court cases 791.

     Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant

is not at a flight risk and the allegations sustained against him are

only on the count of the statement of the co-accused.

     Learned counsel for the applicant further submits that the

applicant belongs to Uttar Pradesh and thus, is not likely to exert

any influence on the witnesses.

     Learned Public Prosecutor opposes the bail application on the

ground that the vehicle in question was owned by the applicant

                                   and at this stage, in the third bail application nothing has

                                   happened which could substantially change the nature of the case.

                                         This       Court   is   in    agreement          with     the   learned   Public

                                   Prosecutor.

                                         No interference is called for, the third bail application is

                                   hereby dismissed. However, the learned trial court is directed to

                                   expedite the trial.
