Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that

against the order of eviction, the petitioners have preferred writ

petition wherein this Court has issued notices to the respondents

on 26.04.2022, however, after issuance of the notices by this

Court, the respondent No.3 has issued last notice to the

petitioners on 01.06.2022 and directed them to remove their

possession over the land in question.

Issue notice of the second stay petition, returnable within a

period of three weeks and be given 'dasti' to the learned counsel

for the petitioners for service.

In the meanwhile, status quo as it exists today shall be

maintained by the parties.
