This is an intra-court appeal filed against the order passed by

the learned Single Bench disposing of the writ petition preferred

by the respondent-writ petitioner in the manner that the

appellants herein were directed to decide the representation made

by the writ petitioner in light of the judgment in the case of

Manvendra Singh Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. :

SBCWNo.4276/2018, decided on 21.12.2018.

Learned Additional Advocate General submits that the order

passed by the learned Single Bench in the case of Manvendra

Singh (supra) has been set aside by the Division Bench of this

(2 of 2) [SAW-641/2022]

Court to the extent that the suspension of the employee was

revoked and thus necessary modification be directed in the order

passed by the learned Single Bench.

In view of the submission noted above, it is hereby directed

that representation of the respondent-writ petitioner shall be

considered and decided in light of the judgment dated

04.12.2020passed by the Division Bench of this Court in D.B.

Special Appeal (W) No.1111/2019, State of Rajasthan &

Ors. Vs. Manvendra Singh.

The appeal is disposed in these terms.
