Heard learned counsel for the appellant, learned Public

Prosecutor and perused the material available on record.

The first application for suspension of sentences

(No.903/2020) submitted on behalf of the appellant was dismissed

after examining the merits of the case vide order dated

22.01.2021. No change in circumstance has occasioned thereafter

so as to entertain this second application for suspension of

sentences. Thus, the same is dismissed as being devoid of merit.
