1. Petitioner has preferred the present habeas corpus petition

seeking production of the corpus who happens to be her daughter.

2. As per the documents produced by the petitioner which is

formulated on 13.06.2022, the corpus is minor. However, the

corpus states that she is aged nineteen years.

3. It is informed by learned Assistant Government Advocate

that since the corpus has not attended any school, her medical

has been conducted and the medical report is awaited.

4. We deem it proper to direct Mr. Satya Pal Yadav, SHO,

Jaisinghpura Khor, Jaipur (North) to deposit the corpus in the

Balika Grah, Gandhi Nagar, Jaipur and produce the corpus in the

Court on 01.08.2022 along with the medical report.

5. Let the matter be listed on 01.08.2022.
