Appellant-plaintiff has preferred this first appeal feeling aggrieved

by dismissal of his suit for specific performance and permanent

injunction vide impugned judgment and decree dated 13.04.2022.

Learned counsel for appellant submits that through agreement

dated 01.09.2012, the land in question was agreed to purchase against

the total sale consideration of Rs.18,00,000/- and out of that

Rs.5,00,000/- were paid. The execution of agreement is not in dispute,

however, the suit has been dismissed on the ground of readiness and

willingness.

Admit.

Issue notice to respondents.

Call for the record.

In the meanwhile and till further orders, both parties shall

maintain status quo in relation to the property in question, as it exists

today.
