Appellant-plaintiff has filed this first appeal, feeling aggrieved

by dismissal of his civil suit for specific performance and

permanent injunction vide judgment impugned dated 22.03.2022

passed in suit No.97/2014 by Additional District Judge No.2,

Behrod, District Alwar.

Counsel for appellant-plaintiff submits that he has paid the

entire sale consideration and is in actual possession of the suit

property.

Heard.

Appeal is admitted.

Issue notice to respondents.

Call for the record.

In the meanwhile, both parties shall maintain status quo in

relation to the suit property as it exists today.
