S.B.Civil Writ Petition No.12801/2018 (Rajesh Kumar

Gothwal and Anr. Vs. University of Rajasthan & Anr.) dated

11.02.2022.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondents-University

Mr.Ajit Maloo submitted that the said order passed by the Single

Bench is already subject-matter of challenge before the Division

Bench and notices have been issued and as such request is made

to defer this matter for some time.

Three weeks' time is granted to do the needful.
