1. Petitioner has filed this second bail application under Section

439 Cr.P.C.

2. F.I.R. No.54/2020 was registered at Police Station

Vijaynagar, District Ajmer for offence under Section 394 I.P.C.

3. First bail application was rejected with the permission to the

petitioner to move fresh bail application after recording of the

statement of the complainant. Statement of complainant has not

been recorded so far.

4. Accordingly, present Criminal Misc. Second Bail Application is

dismissed.

5. However, trial Court is directed to record the statement of

complainant at the earliest.
