An application (No.1/2021) has been filed by appellant for

early hearing of the appeal.

This first appeal arises against judgment and decree dated

30.08.2019 whereby the suit for possession and permanent

injunction was dismissed.

There is no justified reason to give preference to this appeal

when other old appeals of preceding years are pending before this

Court, awaiting for hearing.

As such, the application (No.1/2021) for early hearing is

dismissed at this stage.
