Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted after death of

father of the petitioner, the petitioner tendered rent of the premise

in question and he further requested the Authorities to create

tenancy in his favour but no step was taken.

Learned counsel for the petitioner places reliance on the

judgment of the Apex Court in the case of Smt.Gian Devi Anand

Vs. Jeevan Kumar and Ors. reported in AIR 1985 SC 796.

Issue notice of the writ petition as well as stay application to

the respondents, returnable on 26th July, 2022. Notices be given

'dasti', if prayed.

Till the next date, effect and operation of the order dated

03.06.2022 shall remain stayed.
